This two-piece, all-composite Axe Avenge bat will be balanced in its swing feel. With it being a Senior Slow Pitch certified (SSUSA) bat, it is going to be equipped to launch softballs deep into spring, summer and fall skies. The Charged Carbon Composite material is top quality and when combined with the previously-mentioned SSUSA certification, this bat will be ready to turn heads at the plate. Due to this bat being Senior Slow Pitch Certified (SSUSA), it is built to be one of the highest performing softball bats out there (regardless of certification). I just got the bat a couple of weeks ago and have had a chance to use it in a couple of pre-game batting practices and in four games so far. I am quite happy with it, It is a bit difficult to fully evaluate it since the weather in both sets of games wasn't ideal (temperature in the 50s and a wet field and heavy wet balls). Nevertheless I did hit one ball pretty far (I am not a power hitter) that surprised the left fielder with whom I have played a long time. I like the modified knob. I wasn't sure I would.
