The Brett Brothers entered the bat business with the goal of ensuring that coaches at all levels of baseball have access to superior quality composite wood bats that are cost effective. Consistency and durability were the primary factors when establishing their bat designs. The Brett Brothers have been involved in baseball their entire lives, through Bobby and John's Minor League careers to the Professional careers of Ken and George. The Brett Brothers know baseball. Even today baseball is an important part of their lives, with each brother being involved in their own way. George, who is still a part of the Kansas City Royals Organization and a hometown hero here in Kansas City, was a career .305 hitter with 3 Batting Titles, a 1985 World Series Ring and an induction to the Hall of Fame in 1999 to round out his 21-year career in Kansas City. Not only did he prove to be a consistent hitter he showed that he had the knowledge to succeed. The Brett Brothers understood that having reliable wood was an important component. The GOBON#5 bat is the best-engineered wood bat in the world. It's precision balanced with each bat having a cupped end, and all bats feature the worldwide patent pending Bamboo Super Core Technology that is surrounded by a maple barrel for the utmost durability. Brett Brothers: The Very Best in Baseball! The GOBON271 is BBCOR Certified and legal for high school and collegiate play. Free Shipping!

Customer Reviews

My longest lasting wood bat so far. Good size barrel excellent balance. The handle feels good not too thin not too thick. Great looking stick. These guys ship it fast. Awsome bat! Hit w/ it against a machine pitching about 80. It was one of few bats that didn't break. best trampoline ever on a wood bat! used a whole winter in a hitting center and it didn't break. We bought this bat for my son to use in batting lessons and practice. He has hit 2 to 3 buckets a week of soft toss and the same of live pitching every week for over a year with this bat. We have 2 others tht have this bat and they are the only ones that are not broken. Great bat. Still has very good pop. durability, price compared to other composites long-lasting and good feel. nice weight distribution. This bat has good pop on the barrell. Overall this bat is amazing!!! So far, all I can say is wow. My son just turned 12 and was hitting wit the Brett Bros. Stealth 271 youth model which he outgrew (not broke). This minus three is weighted so weel that he can whip it like his 24-ounce game bat. Durable and great looking, I'll never buy anything else but Brett Bros. great weight and pop. like this model the way the nob is flared out a little for big hands and choke up a little for people with small hands. does not cost a whole lot of money. I get a lot of hard line drives with this bat The feel for this bat is great. Fit, finish, top notch.Impressed so far-would buy another...worth the price.. Pop is great
Feels great in my hands
Very Well Balanced
This bat has a very solid feel. I hit a fastball off the handle, and actually thought I broke it. Felt just like when you break a bat. The bat never broke, or even cracked. Next ball hit was solid, and felt great. Very durable bat, and feels much more dense on contact than a standard one piece maple bat. Great pop for a wood bat. Big barrel
Thin handle
Good knob
Balanced but just top heavy enough
Great pop on the sweet spot

I've owned a total of 7 Brett bats since 2003(!) andthis model is easily the best I've had. First bought my son a Brett Bros bat last season. All he did was bat .470 over 38 games as a sophomore and while that bat is still useable for this season, we always like to upgrade every year. We went with the Gobon this year, same cut. The season is still young (because of covid) but through 5 games this bat has 3 singles, a 3R HR, and 2 Grandslams. He is tearing it up right now. I??ll never buy another brand wood bat again! My son had a 32?? maple bat that he was having a hard time getting his hands inside with ($20 uncupped blem bat). We got this and we hit about 200 balls off the tee and soft toss. He really enjoyed the feel, the grip was a little rough so his grip his good (he doesn??t wear batting gloves). ,
